Job Responsibilities :
- To represent the organization, its mission, culture, and values when meeting clients.
- To solicit new and existing accounts to exceed revenue goals through telephone calls, outside sales calls, communication and site inspections when required.
- To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- To prepare contracts and proposals following solicitation of clients to formally document agreements.
- To build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
- To achieve sales activities and all objectives outlined in the annual sales plan.
- To liaise with travel trade operators, wholesalers, travel agents, tourism and consumer media on various travel and tourism cooperative programs and promotional opportunities.
- To organize and participate in appropriate familiarizations and industry shows.
- To develop and implement quarterly action plans utilizing strategies and long-term goals based on market and competitive intelligence.
- To coordinate and financially manage effective sales trips and appointments within assigned accounts.
- To participate in hotel promotional activities.
- To utilize computer software applications to effectively track, solicit, book and follow up on accounts in a proactive manner.
- To develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
- To negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- To collaborate with team to achieve better results.
- To keep oneself updated on developments in Selling Techniques.
Requirements :
- French Native speaker.
- Tourism experience is appreciated.
